Gwendolyn Lois MacKenzie (Patterson)
After a lengthy illness,
Gwendolyn Lois MacKenzie (Patterson), 86, died peacefully at the
Shannex Nursing Home in Fredericton on Thursday, August 15,
2019.
Gwen is survived by her
children, Mary (Wayne) Parker of Fredericton, Janet (David) Melanson,
of Kingston, ON and Ken (Betsy) MacKenzie of Bermuda; two brothers,
Nelson Patterson and Maxwell Patterson and her much-loved 6
grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents,
she was predeceased by her husband, John A.
MacKenzie.
Memorial Service will be held
at Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton
(858-1995) on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at 3:00 pm. Interment will be
held in Riverside Cemetery, Miramichi.
In memory of Gwen, donations
to the NB Alzheimer Society or the Canadian Cancer Society would be
