Obituary of George Lloyd Doering
DOERING, George Lloyd – Age 72 of Conquerall Mills, passed away on August 5, 2019 in the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Bridgewater on April 1, 1947, he was a son of the late George and Audrey (Burns) Doering.
George is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn Doering; children, Debbie Follett, Bridgewater; Greg Banks, Hebbville; Stephen Banks, Conquerall Mills; Lloyd Doering, Lake Center; Rodney Doering, Dartmouth; sisters, Marilyn (Richard) Greene, Berwick; Linda (Richard) Andersen, Conquerall Mills; Barb Doering, Bridgewater; grandchildren, Alex, Jacob and Bentley; nieces and nephews, Lacie Greene, Shane Selig, Shawn Selig, Stephen Selig and Samantha Selig; great niece and nephew, Megan Howard and Johnathon Howard. He was predeceased by a sister, Marjorie Doering.
Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Sweeny’s Funeral Home, 35 York Street, Bridgewater, where a Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, August 12, 2019 at 11 a.m. A graveside service will be held at a later date. Flowers are welcome. Memorial donations in George’s memory may be made to SHAID Tree Animal Shelter or Hillside Pines Nursing Home, Bridgewater.
