Eileen’s Obituary
ATWATER, Eileen Minnie ~ Age 85, Aylesford, Kings Co., passed away suddenly on Wednesday, July 31, 2019, in Grand View Manor, Berwick. Born in Millville, Kings Co., she was a daughter of the late Hanson W. and Stella E. (Keddy) Veinotte. Eileen was devoted to her family who will greatly miss her. She had been a home maker for most of her life and had cared for her own mother for 20 years. Eileen had worked at the former Pines Restaurant in Auburn and along with her husband enjoyed time spent square dancing. Surviving are her daughter, Darlene (Aubrey) Keddy, Millville; sons, Wayne (Karen) Atwater, Morden; Gregory (Karen) Atwater, Aylesford; Timothy (Sheila Morse) Atwater, Berwick; grandchildren, Matthew (Shawna), Kendall (Misty), Trevor and Travis; great-grandchildren, Harvey, Landon, Bianca and Leeanne; sister-in-law. Julie Tupper, Coldbrook; special cousin, Cheryl Ann (Arnold) Dempsey, Berwick; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of 64 years, Ralph B. Atwater; brother, Percy Tupper. There will be no visitation. Memorial service will take place at 2 p.m., Wednesday, August 7, in Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main St., toll free 1-855-825-3448, with Pastor Christina Bigelow officiating. Interment in Aylesford Union Cemetery.
