Obituary of Doris Ann McIntyre
Doris Ann McIntyre (nee Clements):
After recently suffering another stroke, Doris passed away peacefully at PRHC on August 28, 2019 in her 79th year with her family by her side. Wife of Fred McIntyre. Loving mother of Debbie and husband Brent West, Ron and partner Vicky Rutherford. Proud Grandma of Kurt (Daniel Jaremek) West, Brandon (Ella Haley) West and Kristin West. Sister of John (Joan) Clements, Helen Newall and Marie Bolton. Sister in law of Marilyn McIntyre and Lillian McIntyre. Aunt to Calvin (Shannon) Newall, Braden (Krista) Newall, Jim (Golnar) Newall, Tammy (Mark) Trotter, Stephanie (Greg) Elcombe, Andrew Bolton, David (Sue) McIntyre, Doug (Kim) McIntyre, Christine (Mike) McIntyre, Scott (Gayle) McIntyre, Karen (Marty) Kemp, Melanie (Teri) McIntyre, Sonya (Scott) Kemp and John (Jordan) McIntyre. Doris was predeceased by parents Ronald and Wiline Clements, brother Ronnie, brothers in law Jim Newall, Keith McIntyre, Jack McIntyre and Bill McIntyre, nephews John Clements Junior, Lance Newall, Charles McIntyre and Rob McIntyre. Doris will be missed by her family, her lifelong girlfriends and her golf friendships that have been formed during these last few years. Doris was lovingly cared for by the nursing staff on the stroke rehab floor at PRHC and for that, Doris’s family is extremely thankful and grateful. We cannot say enough about their compassion and commitment to their patients. A service of committal will take place at the Upper Keene Cemetery at 11:30 am Saturday September 7, 2019. A Celebration of Doris’s life will follow at the Keene Lions Centre, Heritage Line Keene, Ontario at 1:00 pm.
