Mrs. Donna Young
1942-2019
It is with great sadness that the family announces her death at Health Sciences North, Sudbury, on Wednesday August 21st, 2019, at the age of 77.
Loving wife of the late Frank (2010) and cherished mother of Mark (Donna) Young of Englehart, Tom (Lezlie) Young of Porcupine, Candy Young of South Porcupine and Micheal (Pamela) Young of Matheson. She was a proud and loving Grandma to Macey, Kassandra, Dylan, Cole, Haley, Bradley, Maykayla, Dawson, Breanna and Joey. Donna will be sadly missed by her siblings: Patricia (Jim) Jeffrey, Barry (Sylvie) Huston and Danielle (Barry) Wilson. She is also survived by her sister in law Sue Huston, and her brother in law Dan (Barbara Turgeon) Robinson as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Donna was predeceased by her parents Cecil and Edith Huston, her brother Merv Huston and her sister Barbara Robinson.
Donna enjoyed her time fishing and camping at the lake and baking for family and friends. Her loving family meant so much to her as did her cherished friends in the seniors’ apartment in Matheson.
Family and friends are invited to attend a lunch in her honour on Saturday, August 24th, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Floyd Hembruff Community Center in Matheson.
Donations may be made to the Bingham Memorial Hospital Foundation to further the development of the Palliative Care Room and would be appreciated by the family.
