Delores Lent passed away peacefully at Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert, SK, on August 22, 2019. She was an always loving daughter, sister, aunt, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a sweet, gentle and kind-hearted lady who made everyone feel welcome and important. In later years, her kindness was especially felt by her great grandchildren who loved seeing “Great Grandma”.
She is survived by her son Lindsay, daughters Debbie and Donna, granddaughters Krista Herrington and Alyssa Bussey, grandsons David Dugan and Michael Herrington, and seven great grandchildren; sisters Janice Dubray and Ione Martodam, and brother Delbert (Jane) Dahl; as well as many nephews, nieces, and their families. She was predeceased by the love of her life, Mel Lent in 2017; an infant great grandson, Nicklaus; and siblings: Manville Dahl, Eldon (Svea) Dahl, Eugene Dahl, Marilyn (Don) Earl, and Carole Dahl; brothers-in-law: Howard Dubray and Clarence Martodam. Thank you to Dr. Kemp and the nursing staff at Victoria Hospital for their kindness and care. At Mom’s request, she is being cremated and a graveside family gathering will be held next summer.
