Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Complex on Saturday, August 10, 2019, Chesley Fowler age 67 years of Manuel’s. Left with fond and loving memories his brothers , sisters, nieces , nephews and other relatives and friends. At Chesley’s request, cremation has taken place.
