C. Eleanor Pynn
Pynn, Charlesene “Eleanor” – 89 years of Truro N. S. went to be with her Lord on August 1, 2019 in Wynn Park Villa. She was born in Stellarton, N. S. on Nov. 10th, 1929. She was a daughter of the late John T. MacKenzie and late Irene Mackenzie (Hafey). She is survived by by her daughters, Kay Rose (Maggie), Mary Gerdson (Tom Quigley), Louise Leil (George), Pearl Oakley (Arthur), and Holly Brown (Terry) all of Truro, N.S. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Ronald in infancy; sister, Irene; brother, Johnny. There will be no visitation by request. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 3 at 10:30am in Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow St., Truro with Pastor John Donkin officiating. Private family interment to follow in the Belmont Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Belmont Baptist Church.
