Goard, June – Entered into rest with family by her side on Monday, July 1st, 2019 at the Ross Memorial Hospital. June at the age of 82, is the beloved partner of Jim Archer and predeceased by Bruce Goard (2008). Loving mother of Steve Goard (Wanda) and Cathy (John Keegan). Cherished Grandma of Stefanie (Zack), Steward (Brooklyn), Jennifer, Tammy (Mark) and Karen (Zac). Great-Grandma of Henry, Oliver, Maximus, Andrew, and Tanner. June is survived by her siblings Wayne Owens (Louise), Marlene Demayer, Blaudwin Denelle (John) and Dave Owens. Predeceased by Betty and Barb. She will be especially missed by the Archer, Sorensen and Figsby families, and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. A Celebration of Life will take place at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #67, 12 York Street, Lindsay on Sunday, July 14th from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. If desired, a memorial donation to the Humane Society of Kawartha Lakes or Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
