PADDON, John – Passed away after a brief illness at Juravinski Cancer Centre on Monday July 22, 2019 at the age of 49. Beloved and cherished husband of 16 years to Mina (nee Fabiano). A great ‘Padre’ to Noah and Oliver. Dear son of Doug Paddon and the late Marjory (2013). Cherished brother of Paul (Cindy) Paddon and Melissa (Greg) Dawson and loving brother-in-law of Maria (Dave) Watson, Lou Fabiano and Rita Fabiano. He will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews; Jack, Miles, Rachel, Stefan, Alexandra, Adam, Andrew, Eve, Clare and Grace. Predeceased by his parents-in-law Raffale and Carmela Fabiano. John was a very hard working man, a founder of Willow and Cedar Works and an electrician and industrial door repair man with Canadian Door Doctor. He was a true friend, always willing to lend a hand. His greatest joys included going to the cottage in Port Elgin with his sons, poker nights and hot wings. He embraced the Italian culture and took pleasure in making sauce, soppressata and loved cooking with his KitchenAid. Cremation has taken place. Friends are invited to call at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls, visiting Thursday 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service in celebration of his life will be held Friday at 11 am at the funeral home.
