Gingras, Joseph Gilbert (1935-2019)
The family announces with sorrow his death in Sturgeon Falls, Wednesday, July 10th 2019, at the age of 84 years. Son of the late Alphonse and the late Evania (née Galipeau) Gingras. Loving husband of Paulette (née Lachapelle) of Sturgeon Falls. Dear father of Paul (Darlene) of North Bay and Daniel of Sturgeon Falls. Predeceased by his daughter Lise Quenneville (Gary). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Melanie Gingras, Corey Gingras (Ally Gravell), Mathiew Quenneville and his great-grandchildren Brooklyn Gingras-Sawyer, Levi Gingras, and Kayden Gingras. Also survived by his siblings Olive, Monique, Dianne, Mariette, Louise, Johnny, Norm, Denis, Bob, Lucien, Michel, and Marcel. He is predeceased by his siblings Roger, Jeannine D’Aoust, Yvon, and Suzanne Lacourciere. Gilbert was a proud member of the Knights of Columbus who also enjoyed many pass time activities and taking walks. Arrangments in care of Théorêt-Bourgeois Funeral Home.
