Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at the L.A. Miller Centre. David John Knox, aged 62 years. Predeceased by his parents Stephen and Ruby Knox; 2 brothers Paul and Stephen Knox. Left with fond and loving memories are his partner Carmel Jordan; special nieces and nephews Ruby (Jeff), Tina (Chris), Paul (Donna) and Greg (Stephanie); great nieces and great nephews Brianna, Olivia, Londyn, Alyson, Emma, A.J. and Lincon; brothers Eddie, Jerry, Jamie and Paddy; sister Leeann; very dear sister-in-law Janet (Dale); cousin Margie (Ed) and their grandchildren Mitchell, Nathan, Jordan, Xavier and Adelaide; special friend Paddy Cleary; Carmel’s children and grandchildren Johnny, Jackie, Shawn, Bradley, Gary and Taylor as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Thursday from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Friday, July 19, 2019 at 1 p.m. from Caul’s Chapel. Inurnment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation or to the School Lunch Program.
