SCOTT, Charlotte Grace
Peacefully at home in her sleep on Sunday July 21, 2019. Dear daughter of Grace and the late Charles Moore. Devoted mother to Kim, Tania, Debbie, Michael, Phillip, Shaneen, Amanda and Nicki. Beloved grandmother to 8 grandchildren; Trae, Lenaya, Surette, Dane, Gage, Levana, Nevaeh and Kayden. Survived by her sister Maxine and predeceased by husband John.
A private family service is being held. Family and friends are welcome to a Celebration of Life on Tuesday August 6, 2019 from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. at 1475 Maple Avenue, Milton — Maple Crossing Social Unit. If desired, donations in her memory may be made to your favourite children’s charity as children were what Charlotte valued most in her life.
