It is with great sadness that the family of Walt Leebody announces his sudden passing.
He will be dearly missed by his wife, Jean of 58 years; daughter, Sandra (Blair); sons: Brad (Leila) and Sean; cherished grandchildren: Marcus (Natasha), Brittnie (Adam), Alaina, Nicole (Mason), Maximus, Xavier, Alyssa, Charlotte and Quinton; great-grandchildren: Bonnie and Alex as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Walt was a significant part of the St. Albert and Irish communities. He brought a smile to the faces of everyone he encountered. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 4, 2019 at
Connelly-McKinley, St. Albert Funeral Home, 9 Muir Drive, St. Albert, Alberta.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made in Walt’s name to the Mazankowski Heart Institute.
