It is with broken hearts we announce that that our beloved son, Nigel Arthur Batchelor passed suddenly on Saturday, June 22, 2019, with his parents beside him. He leaves behind his sister Sarah, his Grandmother Phyllis Holmes, Uncles: Mark (Joanne), Derek and Rachel; John (Sandy), Torren and Rhiannon; Uncles Karl (Pauline); Michael (Julie) Chris, Brian and Scott; Doug (Cheryl), Signy and Teagan; cousins Kyla, Thea and Hannia; predeceased by: his Grampy Jim Holmes; Nana Margaret Batchelor and Popa Peter Batchelor and Uncle Clive.
Nigel was born in London, Ontario and became best friends with his Grampy and Nana. As the family moved across the country he made friends from Chilliwack BC to Moncton NB.
Once settled in St Albert, he completed high school, enjoying playing the trumpet in the high school band, and went on to attended Grant McEwan University. His love of games moved from DnD to LARPing (Live Action Role Playing), and made many new friends of all type of character.
A Celebration of late will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
