Leslie Ralph Gillingham
It is with deep sadness that the family of the late Leslie Ralph Gillingham announces his passing. Leslie passed away from the Baie Verte Peninsula Health Centre, Baie Verte, NL on Thursday, June 6th, 2019 at the age of 90 years.
Leslie is predeceased by his parents – Stanley and Leah Gillingham; parent-in-law – Dexter and Rosie Norman; son – John Gillingham; grandson – Joshua Critch; siblings – Hubert Gillingham, Gwendolyn Lane (Frank), Viola Norman (Augustus), Ewen Gillingham; infant brothers – Claude and Ralph Gillingham; siblings-in-law – Raymond Norman (Daisy), Lloyd Norman, Gerald Norman, Minnie Norman, Alphonsus McPherson and Mundon Bowers.
Left with fond and loving memories is his wife of 62 years, Rita Gillingham; children – Nola Andrews (Victor), Roma Gillingham (Guy), Dale Gillingham (Eunice), Deborah Critch (Eugene), David Gillingham (Diane), Janice Sacrey (John), Joy Milley (Scott) and Judy Bath (Chris); grandchildren – Jill Critch (Mark), Caleb Andrews (Danielle), Dean Gillingham (Cindy), Joey Critch (Krista), Damian Gillingham (Lyndsay), Dishone Gillingham (Erin), Debra-Lee Gillingham (Brady), Lucas Sacrey (Ashley), Leah Sacrey (Steve), Aaron Milley (Kaylie), Emma Bath and Joey Bath; great-grandchildren – Marcus, Daniel, Noah, Emily, Isabella, Jackson, Adelyn, Evan, Faith, Ryder and Raelin; siblings-in-law – Evelyn Gillingham , Audrey Gillingham, Glenys Dyer (Calvin), Marjorie Burton (Clayton), Mavis McPherson, Golda Gillingham (Derrick), Budd Norman (Clarice), Benjamin Norman (Verna), Gordon Norman (Una), Adelaide Bowers, Edgar Norman (Evelyn), Shirley Norman, Maxine Downey and Ivan Norman (Lorna).
Public Visitation will take place from Harvest Time Pentecostal Assembly, Pacquet, NL on Saturday, June 8th, 2019 from 10:00AM to 9:00PM.
Pastor Keith Lane will conduct the Funeral Service from Harvest Time Pentecostal Assembly, Pacquet, NL on Sunday, June 9th, 2019 at 2:00PM. Interment will follow from Harvest Time Pentecostal Cemetery, Pacquet, NL.
As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted.
