Obituary of Kenneth H. Moran
MORAN, Kenneth H.
November 23, 1925 – June 3, 2019
Kenneth passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family. Saddened by the loss, his beloved wife of 66 years, Barbara Moran nee Davy. Kenneth is survived by his children Susan Nelson (Rick), Margaret (Debra Sanders), Michael (Karen Kennedy-Moran) and Kathy Bews (Paul).
Kenneth was pre-deceased by his parents James F. and Adelaide Moran, his brother Jim Moran and his son Jimmy. Saddened by the loss of their grandfather are Benjamin and Brady Nelson, Jennifer and Liam Moran and Ceili, Conor and Kenneth Bews. A special thank you to all at Providence Manor for their care and compassion, from admittance to the dove ceremony. Family and friends will be received at JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, 1900 John Counter Boulevard, on Friday, June 7 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial at OUR LADY OF LOURDES CATHOLIC CHURCH, 490 Days Road, on Saturday, June 8 at 10:30 am. Rite of Committal with Prayers at St. Mary’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the Alzheimer Society, University Hospitals Kingston Foundation (Providence Manor) or an organization of your choice in Mr. Moran’s memory.
