The Lord at his appointed time and in the full assurance of faith took home his child Wilbur Sipkema to be with him at the age of 80 years. The family would like to thank Dr. VanBaardwyk and Dr. Cameron for their good care, as well as the special staff of the 5th floor at Joseph Brant Hospital for the kindness, compassion and respect they showed Wilbur and us. Special thanks to special nurse Sue and the porter that moved Wilbur to the 5th floor, who were very kind and respectful to our dear husband, dad and Opa. The family also wishes to thank the Seniors Driving Service « Driving Miss Daisy » for driving us with care to our doctors’ appointments.
Visitation on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. at EBENEZER CANADIAN REFORMED CHURCH, 607 Dynes Rd., Burlington, where the Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. Reception in the Church Hall immediately after the Service. Interment to follow at Garden Lane Cemetery.
