1929 – 2019
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Germaine at the age of 89 after a courageous battle with dementia and cancer. Beloved wife of 61 years to Raymond O’Cain. Predeceased by her parents Edmond Neveu and Violet Redding, her brother George and sister Alice. She leaves to mourn her nieces, nephews and many friends and parishioners of St. Luke’s. Sincere thanks to the wonderful nurses and caregivers on the first floor at CHSLD Herron in Dorval for the care that Germaine received. Visitation will take place at St. Luke’s Parish, 106 Anselme Lavigne, Dollard-des-Ormeaux. on Friday, May 31, 2019 from 10:30 to 11 a.m., followed by a funeral mass at 11 a.m. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Voluntas (514-695-7979, www.voluntas.ca).
