Mae Burtt ~ entered into rest at Caressant Care McLaughlin Nursing Home, Lindsay on Tuesday May 21, 2019 at the age of 92. Mae Beattie was the beloved wife of the late Jim Burtt. Loving mother of Bob and Pam, Ken and Wendy, Steve and Gigi and Don and Jewel. Cherished Grandma of Ashley (Mike), Dana, Alex, Nicole (Jordan), Belinda (Rick), Sam, Tori, Ryan, and Jessica. Great Grandma of Joseph, Abigail and William. Predeceased by her grandson James, brother George, and Jim Bryan. Visitation and service will be held at Celebrations, 35 Lindsay Street North on Sunday May 26, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. till time of service at 2:00 p.m. Interment of cremated remains will take place at Pine Hill’s Cemetery, Toronto. If desired memorial donations to the Alzheimer’s Society of Kawartha Lakes, would be appreciated by the family and may be made at Mackey Funeral Home, Lindsay or online at www.mackeys.ca
