William Charles « Bill » Labrador
1967-2019

drawing his trademark feathers. He was Mi’kmaq and
a member of Glooscap First Nation who took great pride in his culture.
He is survived by sisters, Jean (Mark) Labradore-Powers; Elizabeth
(Kenneth) Eye; Deborah Labradore; Doris Labradore; Donna Labrador;
brothers, Robert (Glenna) Labradore; Darrell Labradore; Joseph
Labradore (Anne); many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Bill
was predeceased by sister, Diane Labrador; brothers, Lester Labradore
and Charles Jr. Labradore. Cremation has taken place. There
will be no visitation, by request. A funeral service will be held at
1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 27, 2019 in the St. Joseph’s
Chapel Glooscap First Nation, Bishopville. A reception will follow at
the Glooscap First Nation Community Centre. His family would like to
give special thanks to the staff and his Liberty Lodge family for all
their care and companionship over the year. Burial will take place at
a later date in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Bishopville.
