It is with broken hearts that the family of the late
WALTER EDMOND
FOLLETT
of Grand Bank announces his
passing. Walter passed away at the Blue Crest Home in Grand
Bank on Sunday, April 14th, 2019 at the age of
87. Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories
are his son, Tony Follett of Grand Bank; daughters, Donna Follett of
London, ON and Patsy Follett (Edward Mercer) of St. John’s;
4 grandchildren, Angela Follett, Jason Follett, Matthew Follett, and
Heather Kirby; 5 great-grandchildren, Aiden, Nickolas,
Myley, Sadie, and Anthony; sister, Winnifred Osmond; brother-in-law,
Claude Myles (Doreen) plus a large circle of extended family and
friends. Walter was predeceased by his wife Roberta Maude,
his parents Eli and Alma Follett, his sister Jean Soper, and his
daughter-in-law Wendy.
In honoring
Walter’s wishes cremation has taken
place.
Visitation will be held at
Wiseman’s Funeral Home in Grand Bank on Wednesday, April
17th from 1 pm to 5 pm and 7 pm to
9 pm.
In Walter’s
memory donations can be made to The Grand bank United
Church.
