Victor Thomas Willis, age 92, of Stratford, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 28, 2019 at Mitchell Nursing Home. Born in Detroit, Michigan, son of the late Edward Thomas and Agnes (Hanna) Willis. Vic is survived by his sister Marion (Richard) Culliton and his niece Sherri Willis and nephews Dennis, Dan and David Culliton, Paul Willis and their families. Besides his parents, Vic was predeceased by his brother Roy (Leonora) Willis, Ray (Margaret) “Peggy” Willis, Don Willis, Edward Butterworth and George Willis in infancy. Cremation has taken place, with interment in Avondale Cemetery at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society through the W.G.
