Sylwia Beata Coombs (Koper) passed away peacefully at St. Marys Memorial Hospital on April 28, 2019 at the age of 42.
Wife of Gregory Coombs, married for 16 years. Mother of Adrian Koper. Twin sister of Magdalena Źołnierowska. Daughter of Mirek and the late Urszula Koper. Also remembered by extended family members in Ontario, Newfoundland and Poland and daughter-in-law of Donald and Veronica Oakley.
Cremation with a family service at a later date.
