Ping Hoskin
July 23, 1942 – April 19, 2019
Purificacion “Ping” Aparis Hoskin, age 76, passed away peacefully at her home in Cobourg, Ontario, on Good Friday (April 19th, 2019). Beloved wife of her late husband, Albert Hoskin. Dear mother to her sons, Nilo Dizon (Evangeline) and Noel Dizon (Susan) and daughters, Nilda Dizon and Nerissa Koga. Cherished grandmother of Patrick Dizon (Leslie), Ann James (Jeremy) and Chiqui Dizon, and great grandmother of Leila Patrice Dizon and Eva May James. Survived by her sisters, Fe Solana, Rose Baldevia, Corazon Jimenez, Leony Duran and by her brother Gorio Aparis. She will be missed by close family and friends. A celebration of Ping’s life will be held at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King Street East, Cobourg on Sunday, May 12th from 1-4 pm, with words of remembrance at 2 pm. Cremation with interment in Cobourg Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Church on the Hill. Condolences received at www.MacCoubrey.com.
