Katherine Laschowski, formerly of Two Hills, Hardisty and Edmonton, passed away in Smoky Lake, AB on April 3, 2019 at the age of 100 years.
She is survived by three grandchildren, Alyshia Beynon (Ray Schultz), Michael (Loni) Beynon, and Andrea (Derek) Williams; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Helen Delawski and Emily Linkewich; sister-in-law, Betty Kshyk and daughter-in-law, Mary Laschowski; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Katherine joins three children who predeceased her, Edward (June, 2010), Dianne (November, 2011) and Victor (January, 2012); her parents, six brothers, two sisters, and son-in-law, Rick Beynon.
Funeral Service Wednesday, April 10 at 1:30 p.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton. Archimandrite Gerasim Power officiating with interment in St. Michael’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Smoky Lake Resident Council Fund.
