It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a great patriarch, who was a husband, a dad, a papa and a friend.
Gilbert passed away suddenly on Wednesday, April 10, 2019.
Gilbert will be lovingly remembered by his wife Mavis of 42 years; sons Darcey (Stefanie), Daylon (Paige), Dustin (Cathy), Denny and Tania. As well as his cherished grandchildren MacKenzie, Jaxon, Dexter, Akira, Keagan, Kaley, and Judea.
A celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. at Southland Church (retreat and training centre) Steinbach, MB.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Big River Bible Camp in Saskatchewan (www.bigriverbiblecamp.ca or send cheques to Box 542, Big River, SK, S0J 0E0)
