Longtime Transit Operator with Brampton Transit.
Peacefully on Thursday April 25th, 2019 at the age of 73. Beloved husband of Carole Kent. Loving father of Joe and his wife Deborah, and of James and his partner Jenn. Dear grandfather of Erin. Remembered by his sister Donna Veisor and by his brother Duane Kent. Gary will be missed by his cousin and long-time best friend Bob and his wife Pat, and by his nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston, on Monday from 7-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, 2100 Jane Street Toronto on Tuesday April 30th, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery
