It is with great sadness that
the family of the late EMILY H.
BENNETT of Grand Bank announce her passing at
the Blue Crest Home in Grand Bank on Sunday April 21st, 2019 at the
age of 97. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories
are; sons, Robert (Mildred) of Grand Bank, Charles Jr. (Cecily) of
Grand Bank, Max (Arbor) of Toronto, ON; daughters, Bessie Lake
(Charles) of Grand Bank, Ethel Lake (Carl) of Toronto, ON, Tarra
Lawson (Steve) of Grand Beach; sister, Jessie Billard of Halifax;
brother, Cecil Barnes (Frances) of Toronto, ON; 11 grandchildren; 11
great-grandchildren; plus a large circle of extended family and
friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Charlie
Bennett;son, Chesley Bennett; parents, George & Audrey Barnes;
grandson, Keith Lake.
A private family service to take
place. Interment to follow at the Jehovah Witness Cemetery in Grand
Bank.
In
Emily’s memory, donations may be made to the Mental
Health Association.
