MACPHERSON Anne Marie 66 of Port Hawkesbury passed away Friday April 26, 2019 at home. Born in Inverness, She was a daughter of the late Angus Dan and Mary Margaret (MacLellan) MacPherson
Anne Marie was a loving mother and grandmother; she was gentle and kind, and always put the happiness of others before her own. She was not only selfless, but strong and humble. She was always optimistic and resilient, even in the face of hardship. Anne Marie was deeply loved and she will live on in the hearts of all those who knew her.
She is survived by her daughters Caroline (Will) Richards, Miramichi NB; Deborah (Lloyd) Cameron, Alberta Beach AB, grandchildren Josey, Brooke, Dawson, Steven and great granddaughter Delilah, sisters Florence, Isabel and brother Paul.
She was predeceased by her grandson Daniel, her longtime companion David Conrad; sisters Alexina, Sarah; brothers: Donald and Donnie.
Resting in Green’s Funeral Home, Port Hawkesbury with visitation Wednesday May 1, 2019 with visitation from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.; Funeral Mass will be offered Thursday May 2, 2019 at 11 a.m. from Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church West Lake Ainslie with Father Bernie MacDonald Presiding, burial will take place in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, West Lake Ainslie.
Memorial Donations may be made to Immaculate Conception Cemetery Fund.
Funeral Arrangements are under the direction of Green’s Funeral Home, Port Hawkesbury.
