It is with hearts full of gratitude for his life and sorrow for his death, that we announce the passing of Harvey Wagner, at the age of 77 years,
After a long struggle with lung disease, Harvey passed away peacefully at his home, as he wished, surrounded by his loving family. The memory of his caring manner, his wisdom and the fabulous breakfasts he was known for will always be cherished by his family.
He will be forever loved and remembered by his wife of 55 years, Sylvia, 3 children: Laurie(Kirk), Lisa (Don) and Todd (Wendy), eight grandchildren: Serena, Amanda, Carly, Jada, John, Kyle, Morgan, and Abigail, and one great-grandchild: Brooklyn. He was predeceased by his sister Ruth and his brother Melvin.
The funeral service will be held on Monday, March 25, 2019 at the St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church of Golden Spike at 2 p.m.. Donations may be made in Harvey’s memory to the IPF Foundation , the St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, or the charity of one’s choice.
