HERWEYER, LENA (van der Padt)
Peacefully on Thursday March 7, 2019 Lena Herweyer (van der Padt) of Russell in her 86th year. She is now in the arms of her Lord and Saviour. She was the much loved wife of Len Herweyer for 65 years. She was a loving mother to Ron (Kim), Carla (Ernst van der Meer), Jerry (Laura), Angela (Scott Helmer) and the late Edwin (Infant). She was the cherished Oma to 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Survived by 3 sisters and 1 brother in the Netherlands. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Daley Family Funeral Home, (6971 Bank Street between Scrivens Drive and Metcalfe Corner) from 2-4 & 7-9 pm on Monday March 11. Funeral Tuesday to Calvary Christian Reformed Church, 3782 Russell Rd. for Service at 11 am. Spring Interment North Russell Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Dementia Society would be appreciated.
