MITCHELL, Helen
Of Ottawa, ON, passed away quietly on Monday, March 18, 2019, at the age of 93. Predeceased by her parents Graham and Mary Johnson, and her 7 siblings. Beloved wife of the late William Mitchell who passed in 1975. Loving mother of William (deceased 1983 survived by his wife Margaret), Mary (Al Delahunt), and Glenn. Cherished grandmother of Alexander (Val), Genevieve (Roland Villeneuve) and Phillip. Will be fondly remembered by many in-laws, great-grandchildren, cousins and friends. Family and friends are invited to visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry 150 Woodroffe Ave. (at Richmond Road) on Monday March 25th from 10:00 to 11:00 am, where the Service will be held in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m. The family wishes to thank the staff of the Ruddy-Shenkman Hospice and the Queensway- Carleton Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion. In Memoriam donations may be made to Hospice Care Ottawa.
