Obituary for David Lyle Stephenson
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of David. Surrounded by family, he died peacefully on February 27th at the age of 67 after a lengthy, courageous battle against multiple illnesses. We will remember him as a sensitive, generous, and funny man who openly expressed himself. He was intelligent, highly competitive, and always did the best he could. He is survived by his wife, Heli; his son and daughter, Andrew (Sara) and Tina; his sister and twin brother, Dale (John) and Don (Maryanne); and his nieces, Lauren (Melissa) and Robin (Allie). For those who wish, donations in memory of David can made to the Juravinski Hospital “Tomorrow Stems From You” campaign.
A Celebration of David’s Life will be held on Sunday March 3, 2019 from 2 p.m.-5 p.m. at Circle of Life Cremation and Burial Centre, 100 King St. EAST, Dundas, ON (additional parking at the Air Force Club).
