Obituary for
Cindy George
On March 22, 2019, Cindy George of Smoky Lake, passed away at the age of 65 years.
Cindy is survived by her loving husband, Glenn; three daughters, Dawn (Kevin Littlechilds) of Kelowna, BC, Nicole (Steven Duquette) of Edmonton, AB and Tina (Ben Tredger) of Plamondon, AB; three grandchildren, Hayden, Isla and Noah; and two step-brothers, Dave Wynnyk of Surrey, BC and Rick Wynnyk of Langley, BC. She will also be fondly missed by the George family, numerous relatives and friends.
Cindy was predeceased by her parents, Anne and Andrew Stelmack; and biological father, Ed Wynnyk.
Cindy’s family expresses their gratitude for the staff of the George McDougall Healthcare Centre and Auxiliary in Smoky Lake and to their friends and relatives who helped out when Cindy became ill.
A Gathering of Family and Friends at their homestead will be announced at a later date. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to any Lung Association.
