Peacefully at St. Joseph’s Health Centre on Monday, February 11, 2019. Loving husband of the late Ann Gaba and loving father of William (Cindy) and Taras. Predeceased by daughter Catherine. Will be sadly missed by grandchildren Catherine and Lily. Cherished uncle of Marie and Michael. Stephen was a longstanding member of the Order of St. Andrews and St. Demetrius Ukrainian Orthodox Church. Friends will be received at the Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lake Shore Blvd. W. (at 14th St., between Islington and Kipling Aves., 416-259-3705) on Thursday, February 14, 2019 from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm. Panakhyda will be held at 7:30pm. The Orthodox Rite of Funeral will be held on Friday, February 15, 2019 at 12:30pm in the Chapel. Interment will follow at Park Lawn Cemetery.
