Sjoukje’s Obituary
Longtime resident of Fairview passed away in Fairview on January 29, 2019 at the age of 52 years.
Sjoukje was born on August 8, 1966 in Belleville, Ontario to parents Hedzer and Carol Sietsma.
She loved to sing, dance, and laugh. She especially loved going on road trips and playing games with her family.
She was predeceased by her mother Carol Sietsma.
She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Curtis Brown; son David Sietsma (Nicole); daughter Ashley Bennett; grandchildren, Victoria, Brooklyn, Talina, Aiden, Nevada, Ceraphina, Seth; father Hedzer Sietsma; sister Heather Dobaghy(Steve); brother John Stiesma (Jennifer); and as well as numerous family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held from Royal Canadian Legion Branch #84 in Fairview on Saturday February 2, 2019 at 2:00 PM.
If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Fairview & Area Palliative Care Society as expressions of sympathy.
