Sherwood Wayne Brewer

The passing of Sherwood Wayne Brewer of Fredericton, NB, husband of the late Roberta « Bobbi » (Price) Brewer occurred on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at York Care Centre, Fredericton, NB. Born on April 26, 1939 in Stone Ridge, NB, he was the son of the late Ralston and Reva (Jones) Brewer. Sherwood’s passion was his work running a dozer, of which he had a stellar reputation. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He went above and beyond as a father, grandfather and great grandfather.
Sherwood is survived by his daughter, Crystal (Colin) Stewart; grandchildren, Jesse Saulnier of Keswick Ridge, NB and Ashley Crouse (Shawn) of Nova Scotia; great grandchildren, Kaige and Kai Crouse and Kieran Jack Brewer-Crouse all of Nova Scotia; sisters, Connie Williams of Burtts Corner, NB and Wanda Bartlett (Kenneth) of Hanwell, NB; brothers, Orlo Brewer (Rae) of Burtts Corner, NB, Eldred Brewer (Vera) of Douglas, NB, Eric Brewer (Linda) of Royal Road, NB and Malcolm Brewer (Bonnie) of Fredericton, NB; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Besides his beautiful wife and his parents, he was predeceased by his infant son, Terry; sisters Charlotte and Jacqueline Brewer, Joyce Haines; sister-in-law Donna Moore; brothers-in-law, Horace Moore and Bertrum Haines.

Although there will be no services by request. Interment will take place in Staples Settlement Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Lung Association (Research for COPD).
