Passed away on Tuesday, February 12, 2019. Beloved husband of Deborah “Deb”. Loving father of Vennessa (Stan) Ulch, Dylan (Candace) Novakowski, Jason (Linda) Shepherd, and Joshua Shepherd. Proud grandfather of Brooke, Stanley, Alexis, Tayven, Johnathon, Zayden, and Tehillah. Missed by his mother-in-law, Shirley Allen; sisters, Eleanor (Walter) VanderKwaak, Theresa Walmsley (Charles Lunn); brothers, Gary (Bernice) Novakowski, Dennis Novakowski, Brian (Ginger) Novakowski; sisters-in-law, Nancy Novakowski, Jackie (Levi) Mailett, and Barb Peever; brothers-in-law, Mike (Lesley) Allen, Leslie Allen, Bill (Pauline) Allen, Matthew (Diane) Allen, and Darryl Allen; and by his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Lorne and Marie Novakowski; brother, Frank; father-in-law, Jack Allen; and stepfather-in-law, Bud Murrell. Dave was much loved and will be sadly missed. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be conducted at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Dave are asked to consider a charity of your choice.
