HAWKSWELL, Nancy Jo-Anne (nee McLean) – Passed away peacefully at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on Saturday February 9th, 2019 at the age of 89. Cherished wife of the late Tony Hawkswell (2004). Nancy is survived by her loving and devoted children; David (Gail) and Christopher (Billie). She will be dearly missed by her adoring grandchildren; Jordan, Spencer, Adam, Geoffrey, Connor, Emma and Alyssa. Nancy will be forever remembered by Cindy Hawkswell. Nancy was a devout Catholic and a generous supporter of the church and community. She was a kind, loving soul who saw only the good in all. She will be deeply missed by family and friends. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Al-Jarrah for his excellent care and kindness, and to the staff and caregivers at the Greater Niagara General Hospital for their compassionate and dedicated work. Visitation will be held on Tuesday February 12, 2019 at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls, from 10 am to 12 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Scapular Church, 6557 Thorold Stone Road, Niagara Falls, on Tuesday February 12, 2019 at 1 pm. The Rite of Committal will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
