Kathleen «Kay» R. Elliott
Kathleen
«Kay» R. Elliott, 96, of K. E. Spencer Memorial Home and
formerly of Peoples Park Tower, passed away peacefully at her
residence on Wednesday, February 13,
2019.
Born in
Sunny Brae, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Winona
(Edwards) Patterson.
Kay was a
retired Registered Nurse at The Moncton Hospital with over 30
years’ service and was a graduate of The Moncton Hospital
School of Nursing (1945).
Kay will be
sadly missed by her nieces, Sharon Harris (Melvin) of Sus and Peggy
Willis (Robert) of Mouth of Keswick; nephew, Sterling «Skip»
Taylor (Anne) of Ottawa, ON; niece-in-law, Heather Taylor of
Woodstock, as well as several great nieces and nephews. Kay will also
be sadly missed by her many friends around Moncton and especially
those at Peoples Park Tower.
In addition
to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Donald A. Elliott
(1992); sister, Jean Taylor and nephew,
William.
A Memorial
Service for Kay will be held later in the spring with date and times
to be announced. Interment in Elmwood
Cemetery.
Fergusons
Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) in care of
arrangements.
