John (Jack) Laidlaw
Unexpectedly on Saturday, February 9, 2019, Jack Laidlaw of London (Westminster Township) at the age of 80 years. Jack was a member of the Glanworth Hunt Club. Beloved husband of Annette Laidlaw and predeceased by his wife Ann (Holdsworth) (1995). Loving father of Kevin and Valerie of St. Thomas and Donald and Louise of Glanworth and step-children Peggy and Walter Vandenberg, Rick and Brenda Myers, Brian and Bonnie Myers and son-in-law Larry Knapp. Proud grandpa of Adam and Lynann, Wayne and Renee, Dustin Oatman, Jeffrey, Shauna and Jaydon and step-grandchildren, Monique, Corporal Ben, Mikayla and Jake and Jayden, Nickole, Cory, Marsha and Adam, Melanie and Rynn, Sue and Kevin.
Loved by great-grandchildren Riley, Jacob and Andrew and step-great-grandson Cole. Dear brother of Donald and the late Sally (2006), Mary Heppelle, Andy and Phyllis and Bill and Ina, and brother-in-law, the late Jack (2001) and wife Margaret Holdsworth. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Jack was well loved by all the Myers family of Chatham.
Friends may visit at the McFarlane & Roberts Funeral Home, 2240 Wharncliffe Road, South, Lambeth, 519-652-2020 on Thursday, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm, where the celebration of Jack’s life will be held on Friday, February 15, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Reverend Jim Evans officiating. Interment Pond Mills Cemetery.
