At his home on Sunday, February 17, 2019. John Remi Bériault of Glen Robertson: age 87 years. Beloved husband of the late Ida Bériault (née Doré). Loving father of Gérard Bériault (Colette) and Richard Bériault (Madeleine) both of Alexandria. Cherished grandfather of Nathalie, Jean (Tammy), Rémi and Patrick. Dear brother of Lionel, Florian, Martin, Simone, Rita, Florence, Yvonne and Martina. Predeceased by his brother Edward, sisters Marie-Rose and Edna, and by his parents Sylva and Aldena Bériault (née Déguire). Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd, 114 Main Street South, Alexandria, (613-525-2772) on Friday, February 22, 2019 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm and on Saturday, from 9:30 am -10:30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Église St. Martin de Tours, Glen Robertson, on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 11 am. Spring Interment Parish Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family. As a memorial to Ida, a tree will be planted in a Memory Woods.
