Bob Murray, age 79, of Crystal Lake, RR #5 Stratford passed away on Wednesday, February 20, 2019. Born in Seaforth, son of the late Stephen Murray and the former Agnes Delaney. Beloved husband of Shirley Murray (nee Bastien). Loved father of Suanne Heater (Kevin), Lisa Colebrook (Paul) and Tina Sayeau (John). Proud grandfather of Zanna, Maya, Logan and Neve. Dear brother of Paul Murray, Ken Murray (Anne) and Larry Murray (Lina). Also survived by his brother-in-law Randy Bastien (Sandy) and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Bob was a dedicated employee of Gaffney Construction for 59 years. He loved rebuilding cars, trucks and tractors as well as taking trips in the motor home and camping with Shirley. Visitation at the W.G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford on Monday, February 25, from 6 – 8 pm. The funeral liturgy will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 10:30 am followed by a reception. Interment in Avondale Cemetery in the spring.
