Tersigni, Angela Marie –
We are broken-hearted to announce the passing of our Angie on February 13 2019. Much loved sister of Peter, Mary Beth and Michael McCuen. Angie was the best and proudest Zia to Sam. They brought each other so much joy. She is at peace with her beloved parents Patricia and Samuel Tersigni and grandparents Dominic and Margaret Tersigni and Wilf and Grace O’Donnell.
Angie was full of love for her family. She was proud of her “in-laws” Dave and Bonnie McCuen. She will be fondly remembered by her aunts and uncles; Dennis and Sue O’Donnell, Gerry and Bernice O’Donnell, Mike and Ann O’Donnell, Mark and Dianne O’Donnell, Oliva Tersigni, Ralph and Joanne Tersigni, Loretta Wilke, Dominic and JoAnn Tersigni, Mary Ann and Andy Angerilli, Theresa Tersigni, Joe and LIz Tersigni, Frank and Evelyn Tersigni, Margie and Mike Misurka, John and Lisa Tersigni. She will be missed by her many cousins who she loved very much. Angie will be lovingly remember by her many close friends including the Capovilla Family.
Angie was blessed to be part of many communities who welcomed and cherished her, including St Paul Catholic School (Forest St), the Acquired Brain Injury Program of St Joseph Health Centre, and The Elliott Community. Our family is overwhelmingly grateful for the friendship and kindness that she found in each of these second homes. Angie always had a dog by her side; Gypsy, Alice, Lucy and Moe. She will be remembered for her love of word puzzles, acrostic poems, Polaroid pictures, red nail polish, Diet Pepsi and Pringles. In Ang’s honour, paint your nails red, read a book to a little one, call someone to ask how their day was and don’t stop calling until they answer, write them an acrostic poem or sing a happy song. Angie taught us so much about steadfast faith, acceptance without condition, and determination in the face of challenge. What a privilege it was to have her in our family.
Her family will receive friends at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph on Friday, February 15, 2019 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass will be celebrated at Basilica of Our Lady Immaculate, 28 Norfolk St., Guelph on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Entombment at Marymount Cemetery. If so desired, donations to Hospice Wellington or the Foundation at the Guelph General would be appreciated.
Nos plus sincères sympathies à la famille et aux amis de Angela Tersigni June 1 1967 –
