Aida Assuncao
March 18, 1921 – February 2, 2019
Passed away at Sunnyside Home on Saturday, February 2, 2019, at the age of 97 years.
Beloved wife of the late Jose Perreira. Dear mother of Olivia Ramos (Luis) and Duarte Agostinho (Filomena). Also remembered by 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren. Predeceased by her brother Artur and son-in-law Luis Ramos. Aida’s family will receive relatives and friends at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener, (519-743-8900), on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 305 Laurentian Dr., Kitchener, on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Woodland Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations would be appreciated to Sunnyside Foundation, 247 Franklin St. N., Kitchener, ON N2A 1Y5.
