Peacefully at the Cornwall Community Hospital on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 Nicholas George Kazulak of Cornwall, formerly of Hamilton in his 90th year. Beloved husband of the late Monique (née Lavoie) (2016). Cherished father of Mark of Hamilton and Perry (Heidi) of Youngstown, NY. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and numerous friends. Predeceased by his parents Dominica and Arthur Kazulak, sisters Lois, Helen and Sylvia.

Family and friends will be received at the McArthur Bros. & MacNeil Funeral Home & Chapel, 428 Second Street East, Cornwall on Monday, January 28, 2019 from 11:00 a.m.-12:45 p.m. where the Liturgy of The Word will follow in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. Rite of Committal at Notre Dame Cemetery, Cornwall.
