Madeline Corrier
1942-2019
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of
Madeline (Gibson) Corrier on January 14, 2019. Born on March 9, 1942
in Fredericton, NB, she is the daughter of the late Milan and Eva
(Arbeau) Gibson.
Madeline was a wonderful person with a pure heart, who only
wanted the best for everyone around. A faithful person, who attended
church as much as she could. Enjoyed colouring for and with her family
and rocking out to her favourite rock radio station 93.1 FM. An
incredible Boston Bruins fan. When she was not watching hockey on tv,
she could be found watching her favourite soap operas. She was well
loved by all her family and friends.
Survived by her daughters, Rebecca Yorke, Ruby Arbeau and
Kathy Corrier (Rance Sullivan); brother, Robert Gibson; grandchildren,
Daniel, Anthony, Samantha, Tiffany, Jessica, Jorji, Thomas and a great
grandchild Wesley; special friends Sandra Toole, Linda Gilmore and
Vonda Van Liempt as well as several extended family
members.
In addition to her parents, Madeline is predeceased by her
husband George Corrier; daughter Julie Marie O’Donnell and
sisters, Vergie McSorley and Jennie Parent.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 18, 2019 from 2-4
pm at McAdam’s Funeral Home. By Madeline’s
request, there will be no service. Memorial donations may be made to
an SPCA or CARMA.
