Obituary for Lyle John Sedore
It is with great sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of Lyle Sedore on January 1st, 2019 in his second home, Jamaica.
Devoted husband of Pauline (nee Mulvihill). Proud father of Tiffany (Adam), Trisha (Jeremy), Nicholas (Tracy) and Jillian (Simon).
Lyle lived for his eight grandchildren William, Adrien, JJ, Abigail, Savannah, Nicklaus, Aurora and Ava.
Son of the late Guy and Betty Sedore. Survived by his siblings Larry (Barb), Lynda, Laura, Len (Debbie) and Luanne (Joe) and brothers and sisters in law Heather (George), Debbie (Ralph), Butch (Bonnie) and Wendy (JP). He will be forever remembered by his many nieces and nephews, extended family and dear friends.
He was the ultimate family man and would never miss an opportunity to brag about his kids. He was always there to lend an ear and he gave the best advice. He would give up anything to be there in an instant to help any of his family.
He was a doting “Pa”, never missing an opportunity to drive up for a hockey game, Christmas concert, go ice fishing or lend a hand as the best babysitter any grandkid could ask for.
All are welcome to come and share memories at a Celebration of Lyle’s life at Verdicchio’s (1351-D Kelly Lake Road) from 3 to 7 on Thursday January 10th, 2019.
The family respectfully declines flowers. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to the Health Science North Cardiac Unit. Arrangements entrusted to the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home. For donations and messages of condolence, www.lougheed.org.
