Obituary of Carolyn MacColl
MacColl, Carolyn – Peacefully after a long courageous fight with cancer on Saturday January 26th, 2019 at her home in Georgetown. Carolyn (nee Burrows), in her 58th year, beloved wife of John MacColl. Loved daughter of Jane Burrows and the late Elgin «Buzz» Burrows and sister of Barbara Burrows. Dear sister in law of Jackie (Bill), Carol (Garth), Gerald (Cory) and Henry and daughter in law of Anne and the late Henry MacColl. Much loved aunt to Spencer (Rhi), Mitchell, Mackenzie, Natasha and Amanda and great aunt to Liam and Jaxon. Friends will be received at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown (905)877-3631 on Friday from 12 – 1 pm. A memorial service will be held in the chapel at 1:00 pm. Memorial contributions to the Credit Valley Hospital -Carlo Fidani Cancer Centre or the Cancer Assistance Services of Halton Hills would be appreciated.
